The Terms and Conditions herein are to be read together with and are supplementary to the standard Terms & Conditions of MBF Cards (M’sia) Sdn. Bhd. (“MBFC”)’s Card Agreement (“Card Agreement”). In the event of discrepancies or inconsistencies between this agreement and the Card Agreement, the terms and conditions of this agreement shall prevail in so far as it concerns the Program. MBFC has the absolute discretion to revert to the Card Agreement for its full effect. The word “Card” means any MasterCard credit and/or charge card issued by MBFC. The word “CardMember” means the holder of the Card, which shall include both Principal and Supplementary Cards. The word ‘MBF Cards “MasterCard Overseas Spending” Program’ or the “Program” means a program made available by MBFC whereby CardMembers will be entitled to get a 21” Beverly Hills Polo Club 21" Computer Backpack with T-Bar Trolley (“Premium Gift”) subject to the terms and conditions herein.

Participation for this Program is based on first-come-first-serve basis to the first 1,000 MBFC MasterCard CardMembers only.

Both Principal and Supplementary CardMembers are entitled to participate on an independent basis only and any attempt to combine or merge their transactions will be disallowed.

Under the Program, CardMembers are required to call MBFC Customer Service Hotline at 03-2167 7600 to register their participation in the Program. CardMembers shall be committed to a minimum accumulative overseas transaction (transactions made outside of Malaysia) amount of RM2, 000 on their Card over a period of three (3) months, from the fulfillment date of the Premium Gift. In the event the accumulative transactions amount is less than RM2, 000 over the three (3) month period, both the Premium Gift’s Retail Price (“RP”) fixed at RM249 and delivery charges of the Premium Gift (West Malaysia: RM20, East Malaysia: RM70) shall be levied to the Card account.

Upon successful registration for the purpose of the Program, the CardMember is deemed to have unconditionally accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Program.

The Premium Gift is limited to the first 1, 000 successful registration for the purpose of the Program.

Registrations before and/or after the stipulated Program Period are not entitled to get the Premium Gift.

Each CardMember is entitled to one (1) unit Premium Gift only and any subsequent and/or additional registration for the purpose of the Program will be disallowed.

The Premium Gift will be delivered within a period of 15 working days from the date CardMember registers his/her participation in the Program.

Should the CardMember fail to take delivery after agreeing to the delivery arrangement with MBFC or its appointed fulfillment company, subsequent delivery arrangements will be subjected to additional delivery charges in accordance to the rate stipulated below. These charges shall be debited to CardMember’s Card account.

a. West Malaysia: RM20.00
b. East Malaysia: RM70.00

MBFC reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute the Premium Gift with other product of similar retail value at any time without prior notice.

Upon taking the delivery of the Premium Gift, the Premium Gift item is strictly non-returnable and/or non-exchangeable.

All or any warranties and/or terms and conditions in connection with the Premium Gift shall be between the CardMember and the appointed supplier. MBFC will not be a party thereto and shall not be held liable directly or indirectly for any loss, claim, damage whether in contract, tort or otherwise to any property, injury to any person or persons, expenses or cost in connection with his/her participation of the Program or as a result of using the Premium Gift and/or breach of duty, action, omission or obligation of the appointed supplier.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Bahasa Malaysia version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

All terms and conditions stipulated herein are governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of Malaysia. The CardMember has read and understood all the terms and conditions specified herein and MBFC reserves the right to change, amend and/or modify any or all terms and conditions stipulated herein from time to time and/or terminate this Program. Any Changes, amendments and/or modification made on the terms and conditions and/or Program termination, MBFC shall communicate to the CardMember by giving twenty one (21) days notice.
