The terms and conditions herein are to be read together with and supplementary to the standard Terms & Conditions of MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd ("MBFC") Card Agreement ("Card Agreement"). In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between this agreement and the Card Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail in so far as
applicable to MBF Cards "Bill Payment - Get 1% Cash Rebate Promotion 2009". The word "Card" means any credit and/or charge card issued by MBFC. The word "CardMember(s)" means holder of the Card, which shall include both Principal Card and Supplementary Card. The word "Promotion" means a Promotion is made available to eligible CardMember(s) enabling them to be rewarded with 1% Cash Rebate ("Rebate") subject to Terms & Conditions herein. |
| Eligibility |
All CardMember(s) who pay their New (“New”) utility bill(s) via Auto BILLPAY, CLIK ‘n PAY and CALL ‘n PAY by use of the Card. The word “New” utility bill(s) refer(s) to utility bill(s) that CardMember(s) has/have not made payment(s) via the said channels for a minimum period of six (6) months. |

This Promotion commences from 27th July 2009 to 31st December 2009 ("Promotion Period"), both dates inclusive or any other date solely determined by MBFC from time to time. |
| 2. |
The Rebate shall be awarded for a period of six (6) consecutive running months on payment(s) made on the New utility bill(s). The period of six (6) consecutive running months shall commensurate from the date (at anytime within the Promotion Period) the payment is made for the utility bill(s). |
| 3. |
The eligible CardMember's Card account shall not be in default of facilities granted at any time during the Promotion Period, subject to MBFC's discretion; and/or holder(s) of MBF Card(s) whose accounts have been closed. |
| 4. |
MBFC reserves the right to reverse the Rebate credited into the CardMembers' Card account if there is/are reversal transaction effected during the Promotion Period due to any of the following reason(s): |

Disputed or duplicated transaction(s)
Refund(s) due to overpayment(s)/ incorrect payment(s) |

The Rebate will be credited and reflected in your Card statement along with the payment(s) made on the New utility bill(s). |

Over and above the Rebate, CardMember(s) shall be entitled to earn the BonusLink Point(s) on the transaction(s) made. The exception applies to bill payment(s) made to government bodies (eg. Assessment, summons, etc.) |
7. |
This Rebate is not applicable for utility bill(s) payment(s) that is/are paid directly to the Service Provider(s) when charged to CardMember's Card. |

The Rebate is not applicable to all Corporate Bill Payment and Corporate GIRO transactions, transactions which are under special corporate arrangements where rebates are applicable and all types of financial charges is not eligible for this Promotion. |

Utility bill payment(s) made to Tenaga Nasional Berhad is limited to a maximum total of RM3,000.00 per day for this Promotion. |
12. |
MBFC shall not be responsible or liable for any problem(s), loss(es) or damage(s) of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure of payment(s) made as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure, MBFC shall not be responsible or liable for any failure(s) by any CardMember(s) to participate in the Promotion at any time. |

General Terms and Conditions: |

MBFC reserves the right to change any aspect of the Terms and Conditions of this MBF Cards Bill Payment – 1% Cash Rebate Promotion 2009 (including changing, canceling or discontinuing) without prior notice to the CardMember(s). |

b. |
In the event there is any discrepancy between the English and Malay version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
