The terms and conditions herein are to be read together with and supplementary to the standard terms and conditions of MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn. Bhd. ("MBFC")'s Card Agreement (“Card Agreement”). In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between this agreement and the Card Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail in so far as applicable to MBF Cards “Saturday Got 5 Fever” Promotion. The word “Card” means any credit and/or charge card issued by MBFC. The word “CardMember(s)” means the holder of the Card, which shall include both Principal and Supplementary Cards. The words “Eligible CardMember(s)” refers to CardMember(s) who have fulfilled all criteria set out in this terms and conditions. The words ‘MBF Cards “Saturday Got 5 Fever” Promotion’ or the “Promotion” referred to in this Agreement refers to a Promotion made available by MBFC whereby Eligible CardMembers will stand a chance to get RM50 cash credit to their card account (“Cash Prize”) subject to the terms and conditions herein: |
| The Promotion |
| 1. |
The ‘MBF Cards “Saturday Got 5 Fever” Promotion’ (“Promotion”) shall be held every Saturday and will be based on Malaysia’s local date and time (GMT + 8 hours) (00:00:00hrs to 23:59:59hrs) in the month of August 2009 and December 2009 (“Promotion Month”), or any other month to be solely determined by MBFC from time to time. |

The Promotion for the month of August 2009 is exclusively for all MBFC MasterCard CardMembers only and for the month of December 2009, the Promotion is open to both MBFC MasterCard and Visa CardMembers. |
| 3. |
Eligible CardMembers are entitled to win the Cash Prize if they are able to get ‘5’ in the last digit of the 6 digit approval code on their transaction slip. |
| 4. |
Both Principal and Supplementary CardMembers are entitled to participate on an independent basis. |
| 5. |
To enter the Promotion, CardMembers are required to conduct a retail transaction or an Over-The-Counter Cash Advance with a minimum value of RM30 using their Card and have swiped it physically to obtain a transaction slip. |

Eligible CardMembers are required to submit and register their transaction details (“Entry”) within 24 hours from the point when the transactions was made to contest for the Cash Prize:- |

a. |
For all transactions within Malaysia
Entry(ies) must be registered via SMS to 39366 as per the SMS format specified by MBFC otherwise it will be disqualified. Upon registration, there will be an acknowledgement SMS sent from MBFC to the Eligible CardMember (charged at RM0.30 per SMS) to confirm only the receipt of the entry and not the winning of the Cash Prize. Proof of SMS sent by a CardMember does not denote proof that the SMS was received by MBFC. Eligible CardMembers are responsible to ensure that the details of their registration are complete and accurate. Should there be any errors in the registered Entry(ies), MBFC will not be liable to send any notification.

For all transactions abroad (Outside Malaysia)
Entry(ies) must be registered by calling MBFC’s Saturday Got 5 Fever Customer Service Hotline at +603-2167 0555, which is a dedicated line for registering all overseas transactions for this Promotion, otherwise it will be disqualified. All calls registered will be based on Malaysia’s local date and time (GMT + 8 hours).

As the Promotion is in conjunction with the MBFC Got Score Program, all Entry(ies) registered for this Promotion shall be automatically registered for the MBFC Got Score Program. Hence, eligible CardMembers shall only need to send in one (1) Entry per transaction (min RM30) via SMS (for local transactions) or call (for transactions abroad) to register their Entry(ies). |

Prize Winner Selection
Time is of the essence. The first 500 successfully registered Entries every Saturday (00:00:00hrs to 23:59:59hrs) in the Promotion Month with approval codes ending with a ‘5’ based on the time of the registration of the Entries for transactions made within the day (time as stipulated in MBFC system’s date and time) shall be awarded with a Cash Prize of RM50 for each Entry as long as these Entry(ies) are not in breach of the items defined in clause 11. |

In the Event of a Tie
For this Promotion, the Cash Prizes are accorded to the first 500 successfully registered eligible Entry(ies) by MBFC CardMembers with a min RM30 retail or Over-The-Counter transaction on their Card. In the event where there is more than one(1) winning Entry registered at the same exact time (based on the time indicated on MBFC system’s date and time) and a tie occurs for the final 500th eligible registration for the day, the highest transaction amount made on the Card shall determine the final Cash Prize winner. |

Prize Winner Notification
MBFC will notify all Cash Prize winners via SMS within seven (7) working days of their winning Entry(ies). The SMS notification will be sent to the contact number used by the Cash Prize winner for the winning Entry(ies) submission. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MBFC reserves the right to use any other method or medium MBFC deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Cash Prize winners. The Cash Prize shall be credited to the winner’s card account and reflected in the subsequent Card Statement, itemized as “Saturday Got 5 Fever – Winner” |
| Disqualification |
| 11. |
MBFC reserves the absolute right to disqualify any of the registered Entry(ies) without having to notify or alert the CardMember based on the following :- |

a. |
All Entries received before and after the stipulated Promotion Month. |
| |
b. |
Inaccurate or incomplete Entry(ies) details. |
| |
c. |
Entry(ies) with transaction(s) value of less than RM30. |
| |
d. |
The Eligible CardMember’s Card account shall not be in default of facilities granted at any time during the Promotion Month, subject to MBFC’s discretion; and/or holder(s) of MBF credit card(s) whose accounts have been closed before the notification of the winnings. |

e. |
Entry(ies) arising from Split Transactions, defined as follows :- |

i. |
Eligible CardMembers having multiple transactions of more than three (3), other than Over-The-Counter utility bill payments, on the same day using any of the CardMembers MBF credit card at the same card acceptance terminal shall be disqualified. For verification purposes the CardMember is required to retain his/her actual paid utility bill for Over-The-Counter utility bill payments. |

ii. |
Voiding transactions more than once on the same day at the same card acceptance terminal shall be disqualified.

| Exclusions |

Transactions excluded are all fees, all cash advances (except Over-The-Counter), Corporate Bill Payment, Corporate GIRO transactions, CALL’n PAY, CLIK’n ADVERTISE, CLIK’n SHOP, CLIK’n PAY, mBILLPAY, mRELOAD, mPAY, Auto BILLPAY, all Mail Order, Telephone Order, Internet transactions and transactions which are under special corporate arrangement where rebate is applicable and all/any financial charges. |
| Publicity |
| 13. |
MBFC reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Cash Prize winners without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Prize winners for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media. |
| Liability |
| 14. |
MBFC shall not be responsible or liable for any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and sending SMS as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experienced by the telecommunication service provider. In the event of such error, interruption and/or failure, MBFC shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any CardMember to participate in the Promotion at any time. |
| 15. |
The selection of all Cash Prize winners by MBFC is final and no correspondence disputing MBFC’s decision will be entertained. |
| Judging |
| 16. |
If the date and time of the Entry registration or Card transaction differs from that of MBFC’s system date and time, and a dispute arises as to when the registration of the Entry or Card transaction has taken place, MBFC’s system date and time shall prevail. |
| 17. |
Judges decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained. |
| Language |
| 18. |
If there are discrepancies between Bahasa Malaysia and English versions of Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
| Adherence to the Promotion Terms & Conditions |
| 19. |
All CardMembers shall be required to adhere to the Promotion Terms and Conditions. MBFC reserves the right to forfeit the prize(s) in the event of any of the Terms and Conditions are not adhered to. |
| 20. |
All Terms and Conditions stipulated herein are governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of Malaysia. The CardMember has read and understood all the terms and conditions specified herein and MBFC reserves the right to change, amend and/or modify any or terms and conditions stipulated herein from time to time or terminate this Promotion without prior notice. |
