The terms and conditions herein are to be read together with and supplementary to the standard terms and conditions of MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn. Bhd. ("MBFC")'s Card Agreement ("Card Agreement"). In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between this agreement and the Card Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail in so far as applicable to MBF Cards "Got Score" Program. The word "Card" means any credit and/or charge card issued by MBFC. The word "CardMember(s)" means the holder of the Card, which shall include both Principal and Supplementary Cards. The words "Eligible CardMember(s)" refers to CardMember(s) who have fulfilled all criteria set out in this terms and conditions. The words 'MBF Cards "Got Score" Program' or the "Program" referred to in this Agreement refers to a program made available by MBFC whereby Eligible CardMembers will stand a chance to win a Samsung 40" Full HD LCD TV - Model no. LA40A550 ("Prize") subject to the terms and conditions herein: |
| The Program |
| 1. |
The 'MBF Cards "Got Score" Program' ("Program") commences from 15 May 2009 to 31 December 2009 ("Program Period"), both dates inclusive or any other date to be solely determined by MBFC from time to time. |
| 2. |
To be eligible to participate, a score ("Score") will be required from a valid transaction slip with an approval code. Computation of the Score is derived from the total sum of the 6 digit approval code on the transaction slip. |

a. |
In the event the approval code is alphanumeric, the value assigned to each alphabet shall be "5". |
| |
b. |
For any one transaction made at either one or more of the following categories, only a value of "5" will be added to the Score: |
| |

i. |
Hypermarkets and/or supermarkets |
| |
|
ii. |
Petrol stations |
| |
|
iii. |
MBFC Merchants |
| |
|
The above categories to be added with a value of "5" are dependent on the Merchant Category Code (MCC) settlement file of the acquiring Bank or Financial Institution. |

iv. |
All retail and Over-The-Counter Cash Advance transactions abroad (Outside Malaysia) |
| 3. |
CardMembers are required to hold a valid Card and must physically swipe and use their Card for any retail transaction with a minimum value of RM30 or Over-The-Counter Cash Advance to obtain a transaction slip. |
| 4. |
Eligible CardMembers are required to submit and register their transaction details ("Entry") within 24 hours from the point when the transactions was made to contest for the Prize:- |

a. |
For all transaction within Malaysia
Entry (ies) must be registered via SMS to 39366 otherwise it will be disqualified. Upon registration, there will be an acknowledgement SMS sent from MBFC to the Eligible CardMember (charged at RM0.30 per SMS) to confirm only the receipt of the entry and not the winning of the Prize. Proof of SMS sent by CardMember does not denote proof that the SMS was received by MBFC. Eligible CardMembers are responsible to ensure that the details of their registration are complete and accurate. Should there be any errors in the registered Entry(ies), MBFC will not be liable to send any notification. |

b. |
For all transactions abroad (Outside Malaysia)
Entry(ies) must be registered by calling MBFC's Got Score Customer Service Hotline at +603-2167 0555, which is a dedicated line for registering all overseas transactions for this Program otherwise it will be disqualified. All calls registered will be based on Malaysia's local date and time (GMT + 8 hours).

| The Prize |

There are two (2) prize categories in this Program:
Daily Prize
1 x Samsung 40” Full HD LCD TV will be given away to the Eligible CardMember with the highest registered Score for the day (00:00:00hrs to 23:59:59hrs) throughout the duration of the Program Period.
Monthly Prize
5 x Samsung 40” Full HD LCD TV will be given away to the lowest 5 registered Scores for the month (first to the last day of each calendar month) for the duration of the Program Period.

Prize Winner Selection
The Prize will be awarded to the Entry with the highest Score for the day (Daily Prize) or the five (5) Entries with the lowest Score for the month (Monthly Prize) based on the registration time of the Entry as long as the Entry is not in breach of the items defined in clause 10.

| 7. |
In the Event of a Tie
In the event where there is more than one (1) winning Entry registered at the exact same time (based on the time indicated on MBFC’s system date and time), the highest transaction amount made on the Card shall determine the Prize winner.

| 8. |
Prize Winner Notification
MBFC will notify all Prize winners via SMS. The SMS notification will be sent to the contact number used by the Prize winner for the winning Entry(ies) submission. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MBFC reserves the right to use any other method or medium MBFC deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Prize winners.

Daily Prize winners will be notified within five (5) working days. |

Monthly Prize (5 x Samsung 40” Full HD LCD TV)
Monthly Prize winners will be notified within five (5) working days of the following calendar month.

| 9. |
Prize Delivery Arrangement
MBFC or its appointed supplier will contact the Prize winner directly to make arrangements for the delivery of the Prize. Should the Prize winner fail to take delivery after agreeing to the delivery arrangement with the supplier, subsequent delivery arrangements will be subjected to a charge by the supplier, which will vary according to the delivery location. These charges will be debited to the Prize winner’s MBFC Card Account.
MBFC shall not be responsible for the installation and unpacking charges and any other charges other than the first attempted delivery of the Prize that includes door-to-door delivery only. In the event the Prize winner is unable to take delivery of the Prize within 60 working days from the date of MBFC’s notification letter for any reason whatsoever, the Prize shall be forfeited by MBFC.
MBFC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, expenses, costs or any other liability whatsoever due to or arising out of any act or omissions of the Manufacturer howsoever caused or suffered including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing any liability to any defect or deficiency in the Prize. The Prize is under warranty by the Manufacturer and MBFC shall not be held responsible or liable on the defect or deficiencies of the Prize.

| Disqualification |
| 10. |
MBFC reserves the absolute right to disqualify any of the registered Entry(ies) without having to notify or alert the CardMember based on the following :- |

a. |
All Entries received before and after the stipulated Program Period. |
| |
b. |
Inaccurate or incomplete Entry(ies) details. |
| |
c. |
Entry(ies) with transaction(s) value of less than RM30. |
| |
d. |
The Eligible CardMember's Card account shall not be in default of facilities granted at any time during the Program Period, subject to MBFC's discretion; and/or holder(s) of MBF credit card(s) whose accounts have been closed before the notification of the winnings. |
| |
e. |
Entry(ies) arising from Split Transactions, defined as follows :- |

i. |
Eligible CardMembers having multiple transactions of more than three (3), other than Over-The-Counter utility bill payments, on the same day using any of the CardMembers MBF credit card at the same card acceptance terminal shall be disqualified. For verification purposes the CardMember is required to retain his/her actual paid utility bill for Over-The-Counter utility bill payments. |

|
ii. |
Voiding transactions more than once on the same day at the same card acceptance terminal shall be disqualified. |
| Exclusions |
| 11. |
Transactions excluded are all fees, all cash advances (except Over-The-Counter), Corporate Bill Payment, Corporate GIRO transactions, CALL'n PAY, CLIK'n ADVERTISE, CLIK'n SHOP, CLIK'n PAY, mBILLPAY, mRELOAD, mPAY, Auto BILLPAY, all Mail Order, Telephone Order, Internet transactions and transactions which are under special corporate arrangement where rebate is applicable and all/any financial charges. |
| Publicity |
| 12. |
MBFC reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Prize winners without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Prize winners for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media. |
| Liability |
| 13. |
MBFC shall not be responsible or liable for any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and sending SMS as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experienced by the telecommunication service provider. In the event of such error, interruption and/or failure, MBFC shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any CardMember to participate in the Program at any time. |
| 14. |
The selection of all Prize winners by MBFC is final and no correspondence disputing MBFC's decision will be entertained. |
| 15. |
MBFC reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of similar value at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons thereof. |
| 16. |
All Prizes won are non-transferable or exchangeable for any other prize offered or exchangeable in part or full in this Program. Any request for cash or cheque reimbursement in exchange of the Prize will not be entertained. |
| Judging |
| 17. |
If the date and time of the Entry registration or Card transaction differs from that of MBFC's system date and time, and a dispute arises as to when the registration of the Entry or Card transaction has taken place, MBFC's system date and time shall prevail. |
| 18. |
Judges decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained. |
| Language |
| 19. |
If there are discrepancies between Bahasa Malaysia and English versions of Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
| Adherence to the Program Terms & Conditions |
| 20. |
All CardMembers shall be required to adhere to the Program Terms and Conditions. MBFC reserves the right to forfeit the prize(s) in the event of any of the Terms and Conditions are not adhered to. |
| 21. |
All Terms and Conditions stipulated herein are governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of Malaysia. The CardMember has read and understood all the terms and conditions specified herein and MBFC reserves the right to change, amend and/or modified any or terms and conditions stipulated herein from time to time or terminate this Program without prior notice. |
