How to be eligible to participate in this MBF Cards (MBFC) “Got Score” Program? |

Firstly, you must be a valid CardMember of an MBFC Principal or Supplementary card and must physically swipe and use the card to obtain a transaction slip for any retail transactions and Over-The-Counter Cash Advance with a minimum value of RM30. Next, you must register your 16-digit MBFC card number together with the 6-digit Approval Code on your transaction slip within 24 hours to participate in this Program. |

How does registering my Approval Code help me win a Samsung 40” Full HD LCD TV? |

When you register your entry, MBF Cards System automatically totals up your 6-digit Approval Code and generates a “Score” for you. Every Score generated is a chance to win a Samsung 40” Full HD LCD TV (Prize). If your Score is the highest for the day, then you will be the winner for that particular day and this rule will apply everyday until the end of the program period . In addition, at the end of each month, out of all the Got Score entries received, the lowest 5 Scores for the month will also get a Prize each. So make every Approval Code count and register all your entries. |

Is there a way to get a higher Score? |

Yes. When you use your MBF card abroad or at any petrol stations, hypermarkets/
supermarkets and MBFC merchants, the system will automatically ADD 5 to your total Score.
E.g. if you transacted at any of the above mentioned catagories and your Approval Code is 283888, then your Score is 42 (total of 2 + 8 + 3 + 8 +8 + 8 + 5). |

What if the Approval Code on my transaction slip contains alphabets? Can I still participate? |

Yes. Each alphabet on an Approval Code is given a value of “5”. Therefore if your Approval Code is MH2793, then your Score is 31 (total of 5 + 5 + 2 + 7 + 9 + 3). |

Can I win more than one Samsung 40” Full HD LCD TV in both the daily and monthly prize categories? |

Yes, you can be a winner more than once in this Program. |

After registering, how do I know if my SMS registration is successful? |
| |
If it is successful, you will receive an acknowledgement SMS within an hour of registration. Each acknowledgement SMS is charged at RM0.30. The acknowledgement SMS received does not equate to winning the Samsung 40” Full HD LCD TV. |

What happens when I accidentally SMS the wrong Approval Code details? |

Registration details must be complete and accurate every time; as incomplete, ineligible
and/or late entries shall be disqualified and MBFC will not notify CardMembers of any errors in their entries. You will need to re-register if you have submitted the wrong entry or if you have not received an acknowledgement SMS within an hour of registration. |

How will I be notified if I am a winner and when will I get my Prize? |

All notifications from MBFC to Prize Winners will be sent via SMS to the contact numbers that the Prize Winners used to submit their winning entries. Daily Prize Winners are notified within five (5) working days of their registration whereas monthly Prize Winners are informed within five (5) working days of the following calendar month. If you have won, you will be directly contacted by MBFC or its appointed supplier on the delivery arrangements of your Prize. |

Are there any type of transactions excluded from this Program? |

Transactions not included in this Program are: All fees, Cash Advances (except over-the-counter), Corporate Bill Payment, Corporate GIRO transactions, CALL’n PAY, CLIK’n ADVERTISE, CLIK’n SHOP, CLIK’n PAY, mBILLPAY, mRELOAD, mPAY, Auto BILLPAY, MOTO - Mail Order Telephone Order, Internet transactions and transactions which are under special corporate arrangement where rebate is applicable. |
