| 1. This promotion is valid from 1st April 2007 to 31st December 2008 ("Promotion Period") |

| 3. Only MBF Lady Classic Card and/or MBF Lady Gold Card and/or MBF Cards Lady Platinum that are applied for and approved with the marketing source codes specified in Item 5 and collected within the Promotion Period will be entitled for this Promotion Offer. |

| 6. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for delivery of the magazine from the card collection date. No delivery shall be made to any PO Box addresses and/or non-Malaysia addresses. |
| 7. MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd ("MBFC") reserves the right to publish and/or display information and/or material of applicants who participate in the promotion. |
| 8. MBFC reserves the right to substitute any of the Promotion Offers with an offer of similar value at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons thereof. |
| 9. By applying for these Promotion Offers, applicants will be deemed to have consented to receiving marketing offers from MBFC and its commercial partners by post, telephone, text/picture/video message, digital television, facsimile and email. The applicant further confirms that he/she is authorized to disclose information about other persons and have informed said persons how this information will be used. |
| 10. Risk of loss or damage to 2(b) and 2(c) is to be borne solely by the applicant upon collection of the items. MBFC shall not be required to recognize or replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen 2(b) and 2(c) where the defect, loss, damage or theft was due to the negligence and/or fault of the applicant(s). If the applicant(s) should have any queries or require any assistance in relation to 2(c), the applicant(s) should contact the supplier(s) of the 2(c) directly |
| 11. MBFC reserves the right to change any of the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion (including amending, canceling, and/or discontinuing) without prior notice. Please be informed that any act of cancellation, termination or suspension by MBFC shall not entitle the applicant to any claim or compensation against MBFC for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the applicant as a direct and/or indirect consequence of the act of cancellation, termination and/or suspension. |
| 12. If there are discrepancies between the Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English versions of the Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
