What Is Visa Wave Technology?
MBF Cards is the first in the world and Malaysia to launch the Visa Wave pilot programme. The technology uses Radio Frequency (RF) that is also used in a number of mass transit systems. Embedded within the card is a thin copper wire. This antenna which is connected to the cardīs smart chip sends RF signals to the terminal, transferring your payment information quickly and securely, to a reader connected to the merchant's card terminal.

Ways to use your MBF Visa Wave
The "contactless" function is already activated, so you can use your card immediately at all merchants displaying the Visa Wave signage.
