MBF Cards' Member-Get-Member (MGM) Campaign is an exciting and rewarding Online Referral Program offered FREE to our CardMembers. As an MBF CardMember, you can refer/introduce someone to apply for an MBF credit card online.
For online referrals, you will earn in Tier 1, RM50 for every approved Principal Card applied online and RM60 in Tier 2. |

Who can participate in MGM? |
| MBF Cards' Member-Get-Member (MGM) Campaign is open to all new and existing Principal and Supplementary . |
| How can I Refer/Introduce someone? |
| STEP 1: Click at the "Member Get Member" icon found at http://www.mbfcards.com |
| STEP 2: Enter User ID and Password and click "Login Here" button. |
| STEP 3: Fill in your friends' names and email addresses before you click the Submit button. |
| MGM will then send an email message to all your friends with your referral hyperlink. You can also choose to receive a personal copy for reference. |
| When your friends click at your referral link and apply online, we will be able to track and credit your referral commission accordingly. |
| Alternatively, you can tell your friends to key in your unique Referral ID at our Online Application Form accessible by clicking "CLIK'n APPLY" icon found at the left hand corner of our Website, www.mbfcards.com. |

| Where can I find my Referral ID? |
As mentioned above, using our "Refer-A-Friend" to refer/introduce your friends online is the simplest way to earn referral commission. With "Refer-A-Friend", you don't need to memorize your Referral ID - it is embedded in the referral link we send to all your friends through "Refer-A-Friend".
Your Referral ID is shown on the online "Check Referral Status" screen. "Check Referral Status" is found next to "Refer-A-Friend" when you have logged in. You can also find your Referral ID printed on your monthly credit card statement. (beginning August 2002). You may contact our Customer Service at 03-216 77600 to find out your Referral ID. |
| What is my Referral ID? |
| Your Referral ID is a 9-digit numeric key for us to track and credit your Referral Commission. Each approved MGM application will award the Referrer/Introducer tracked from the same Referral ID submitted through the online application form. |

| Checking of my Referral Status? |
| You can check your Referral Status online. All our existing CLIK'n PAY users are able to check their Referral Status online through the usual login process. If you have yet to register as member of our online services, please CLICK HERE for a short registration. |
| How is my commission credited? |
| All cash rewards and incentives will be credited into the Introducer's / Referrer's card account. Cash rewards and incentives are not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable in part or full for cash.
Cash rewards and incentives earned by Supplementary CardMember will be automatically credited into the Basic CardMember's card account. |
| When will my commission be updated? |
| Only approved (displayed as "Successful") and collected Card will entitle you to cash incentives. When you are checking your Referral Status online, please click at the particular month to view details by Referred Name (name of person whom you introduced/referred). |
| When will my commission be credited? |
| You may see your commission at the Referral Status online now. However, it will be credited into your Card Account by end of the Campaign Period. |
