| mRELOAD |
| What is mRELOAD? |
| mRELOAD allows an MBF CardMember to top-up their mobile phone’s credit via Short Messaging Services (SMS). In other words, by holding a MasterCard or Visa issued by MBF Cards, the MBF CardMember has the opportunity to top-up their prepaid mobile phone whenever, wherever. |

How do I start? |
| All you need to do is to register to be an eCLUB member at www.mbfcards.com and select for mRELOAD service. |
| What is mPIN? |
| mPIN is a four(4) digit password that you will have to create to start using mobile services of eCLUB. Keep the mPIN strictly confidential and do not disclose it to anyone. |
| How do I create my mPin? |
| Upon successful registration for eCLUB's mobile service, you will receive an SMS message, which prompts you to create your mPIN. Follow the instruction given on the SMS to create your mPIN or follow the instruction below: |

| 2. Send the message to “39366” and wait for reply. |

| How do I change my mPin? |
| To change your mPIN, follow the instruction as below: |

| Is the SMS message case sensitive? |
| SMS messages are not case sensitive. You can use small letters, capital letters or the combination of both for your mPAY transaction. |
| What type of mobile phones does mRELOAD support? |
| mRELOAD supports any mobile phone (including PDA phones or smart phones) with Short Messaging Services (SMS) feature/capability. |
| Which telecommunication service provider and product does mRELOAD support? |
| mRELOAD can be used to reload TM Touch (013) and Celcom (019). It can also be used for “Celcom Network” prepaid product. Please be informed that mRELOAD to Maxis (012/ 017) and DiGi (016) mobile phones are currently not available. However, DiGi and Maxis postpaid and prepaid users can mRELOAD Celcom prepaid. |
| What is the minimum reload amount? |
| The reload amount is fixed according to telecommunication operator, such as RM30, RM60 and etc. |
| How do I start to reload my mobile prepaid phone via mRELOAD? |
1. To start mRELOAD, key in the following message: mRELOAD <space> <beneficiary’s mobile no.> <space> RM <prepaid amount> <space> <prepaid product code> <space> <mPIN>
<Prepaid product code> NP = Normal prepaid CN = Celcom Network |
| 2. Send message to “39366” |
| 3. MBF Cards will send you a confirmation by SMS which will contain your Reload PIN. You can now reload your mobile phone with the PIN given. |

| How do I know if my mRELOAD transaction is unsuccessful? |
| If the mRELOAD transaction is unsuccessful, you will receive an SMS and email indicating your transaction is declined. |
| I’ve initiated an mRELOAD transaction but the Beneficiary did not receive my transaction. Why? |
| The delivery of the SMS may sometimes be delayed, especially during peak seasons, due to system congestion at the telecommunication operator. Such as occurrence is beyond the control of MBF Cards and may hamper the successful completion of an mRELOAD transaction. |
| Is there a transaction limit to my daily transactions? |
| Yes. As an added security feature, mRELOAD initiator can only transact cumulatively up to RM100.00 a day (subject to change by MBF Cards). |
| Will I be able to reload for my family members as well? |
| Yes, you will be able to reload for any of your family members or friends. All you have to do is change the beneficiary number to your family member or friend mobile number. |
| I accidentally deleted the SMS message that contains my reload PIN. What should I do? |
| Log on to www.mbfcards.com, you will be able to view your reload PIN on the mRELOAD log web page. |
| What are the “DOs” and “DON’Ts” of mRELOAD? |
| Do’s |
- Ensure that your mobile phone is with you at all times. With mRELOAD activated, your mobile phone is now as valuable as your credit cards, your wallet or purse.
- Contact MBF Cards immediately at 03-2167 7600 to block future mRELOAD transaction if your phone is misplaced or lost.
- Erase SMS messages that contain your mPIN from your mobile phone once you have activated your mRELOAD account.
- Check your mRELOAD log and SMS log regularly to monitor your transaction records and history. You can view your last 3 months' transactions.

| Don’ts |
- Don’t disclose your eCLUB login password and mPIN to anyone including staff of MBF Cards.
- Don’t retain messages that have your mPIN recorded in your mobile phone.
