| mBILLPAY is the latest service from eCLUB. With mBILLPAY, you can now pay your household and utility bills through your mobile phone via SMS. It’s easy to use and it's so convenient. |

How do I know if my mBILLPAY transaction is successful ? |
| If your mBILLPAY transaction is unsuccessful, you will receive an SMS and email to notify you that your transaction has been declined. |
| Will I be able to pay the utility bills of my family members or friends as well? |
| Yes, you will be able to pay the utility bills for any of your family members or friends. All you have to do is register their account information online at www.mbfcards.com. |
| I wish to pay my own utility bill and the utility bills of my family member or friend, but I did not pre-register their utility account online. Can I still use mBILLPAY to pay their bills? |
| Yes, you can still pay for one of these utility bills (ASTRO, DIGI, MAXIS, CELCOM, Syarikat SESCO Berhad, STM, TMNET, SYABAS, TNB and TTCOM) even if their utility account is not pre-registered online. Please refer to the instructions above on how to use mBILLPAY. |
| I’ve keyed in the wrong utility account number while initiating an mBILLPAY for my family member or friend, and the mBILLPAY transaction was successful. Can the transaction be cancelled? |
| No. All approved mBILLPAY transactions cannot be cancelled. Please read the mBILLPAY Terms and Conditions for more information. |
