What is MasterCard© SecureCode?
MasterCard SecureCode is a new service to enhance your existing MasterCard account. A private code means added protection against unauthorized use of your card when you shop at participating online merchants.

Can I register MasterCard SecureCode with my existing MBF MasterCard or do I need to apply for a new MBF MasterCard?
You can register any of your MBF MasterCard to be protected by MasterCard SecureCode.

Can I register MasterCard SecureCode on more than one MBF MasterCard?
Yes, you can register MasterCard SecureCode on more than one (1) MBF MasterCard

How do I register my MBF MasterCard?

After I register, how long does it take for MasterCard SecureCode to become active for my MBF MasterCard?
The added protection of MasterCard SecureCode is available as soon as MBF Cards confirms that your registration is successful.

What are the system requirements for MasterCard SecureCode?
MasterCard SecureCode works with most browsers. Please be advised software which prevents pop-up windows may interfere with your use of MasterCard SecureCode password.

Can I use MasterCard SecureCode from any computer?
You can use MasterCard SecureCode at any PC that has an Internet connection and Internet Explorer, Netscape or AOL browser software version 4.0 or above.

What is a Personal Greeting?
The Personal Greeting is a message that you create during sign-up. Each time you make an online purchase at a participating merchant, you will be prompted to enter your SecureCode. At this time, you'll see your Personal Greeting and other purchase details. The Personal Greeting is your assurance that you are communicating with MBF Cards. If the Personal Greeting displayed in the pop up box is incorrect, you should not enter your SecureCode, but should instead contact MBF Cards Customer Service immediately by calling the phone number on the back of your enrolled MBF MasterCard card, to report a possible fraud.

What if I forget my MasterCard SecureCode password?
You can re-create your SecureCode password after logging into eCLUB.

If I suspect someone has stolen my password or used it to make fraudulent purchases, what should I do?
Contact MBF Cards Customer Service immediately at 03-2167 7600.
