What is Call’n Pay service? |

Call’n Pay is a payment service for MBF CardMembers to settle utilities bill payments with just a phone call by crediting the bill amount into your credit card. Now this service has been extended to allow CardMembers to direct debit funds from their Bank accounts (Savings/Current Accounts) to settle their monthly MBF Cards credit card bill via a phone call. |

Who are the participating banks for this service? |

RHB Bank, CIMB Bank and MayBank. More banks will be participating in the near future. |

Who can use Call’n Pay service? |
|
| |
Call’n Pay service is available for all MBF Cards MasterCard/ Visa CardMembers. |
|
| 4. |
I am a supplementary CardMember, can I use Call’n Pay service? |
|
| |
Yes. All principle and supplementary CardMembers can use Call’n Pay Service. |
|
| 5. |
Can I use this Call’n Pay service to settle other banks’ credit card bills? |
|
| |
No. Call’n Pay service is available for MBF CardMembers to settle MBF Cards credit card bills only. |

How can I apply and use Call’n Pay service to settle MBF Cards credit card bills? |
|

Step 1: Register by completing the MBF Cards Call n Pay Service form and select your Preferred bank from the list.
(One registration form is limited to one bank account or credit card account.)
Step 2: Mail the registration form to:
MBF Cards (M’sia) Sdn Bhd.
Customer Service Department,
P.O.Box 10486, 50714 Kuala Lumpur.
Step 3: On receipt of confirmation from your preferred bank, MBF Cards will inform you on your successful registration once the banks have approved. You can then pay your monthly MBF Cards credit card bills by just calling our customer service hotline at 03-21677600. |

Is there any registration fee for this Call' n Pay Service? |
|
| |
The Call’n Pay registration is absolutely free. |
|
| 9. |
Are there any other charges if I use Call’n Pay service? |
|
| |
There is no registration fee, successful Call’n Pay transaction will be charged RM1.00 to CardMember and it will be reflected in CardMember’s upcoming credit card monthly statement. |

Can I register more than one bank account for Call’n Pay service? |
|
| |
Yes. You can register up to maximum 2 bank accounts. |
|

Can I use only one registration form for my two bank accounts/credit card accounts?. |
|
| |
No. One registration form is only limited for one bank account/credit card account. You need to fill in two registration forms if you want to register 2 bank accounts/credit card accounts. |

Can I use 3rd party Savings/Current account to register Call’n Pay service? |
|
| |
No, you must use your own Single Savings/Current account or Joint Savings/Current account. |

Will I be notified when my registration form is received by MBF Cards? |
|
| |
Yes. We will send you an acknowledgement via email to your registered email address once we have received your registration form. |

| 14. |
Will I be notified when my Call’n Pay registration is approved? |
|
| |
Yes. We will send you an acceptance letter informing you on your successful Call’n Pay registration upon receiving confirmation from your bank(s). |

Will I be notified when my Call’n Pay registration is declined? |
|
| |
Yes. MBF Cards will send you a letter informing you on your declined Call’n Pay registration.

When can I start using my Call’n Pay service? |
|
| |
You can start using Call’n Pay service from the date stated in your acceptance letter. |

| 17. |
Can I authorize 3rd party to instruct MBF Cards to settle my MBF Cards credit card bills? |
|
| |
No, only principal or supplementary CardMembers who have registered to Call’n Pay service can instruct MBF Cards to settle the monthly bills as there will be a verification process for security measures. |

Is there any maximum payment amount for each Call’n Pay payment transaction? |
|
| |
Yes. The maximum payment amount for each Call’n Pay payment transaction is subjected to the maximum payment amount which is stipulated by CardMember in the Call’n Pay registration form. |

Can I request to change my maximum payment amount? |
|
| |
Yes, you can request to change the maximum payment amount by completing a new Call’n Pay registration form and mail it to MBF Cards again. |

| 20. |
When can my Call’n Pay payment be credited into my MBF Cards credit card account after the Call’n Pay instruction is made to MBF Cards? |
|
| |
The successful payment will be credited into your MBF Cards credit card account on the next working day if you call before 3 pm. (CardMember must call before 3pm on the working day otherwise your payment will be considered made in the following working day). |

Will I be notified if my Call’n Pay transaction is rejected? |
|
| |
Yes. MBF Cards will send you an SMS informing on your unsuccessful payment to your MBF Cards credit card account and will inform you to make alternative payment before your due date. |

| 22. |
Can a Supplementary CardMember instruct MBF Cards to use the Call’n Pay payment transaction to reduce the outstanding balance which incurred by Supplementary CardMember only? |
|
| |
No, all payments instructed shall be used to reduce the total outstanding balance of the credit card. |
|

Will my registration expire after a certain time? |
|
| |
No. There is no expiration for Call’n Pay service once you have successfully registered with MBF Cards. |

How can I terminate my Call’n Pay service? |
|
| |
You can either call our Customer Service at 03-2167 7600 or email us at customer.service@mbfcards.com to request for the termination of your Call’n Pay service. |
